Our Fleet Services Division was created in July of 2008 as a special project of Sheriff Bizzell’s. The goal accomplished by implementing this division was providing quality preventative maintenance of our fleet of vehicles, thus reducing costs.
The responsibility of our Fleet Manager is to ensure that the work performed is completed in a professional, timely and cost-effective manner. The Fleet Manager is also responsible for NC vehicle inspections, minor repairs, all vehicle tire needs and brake work.
He also ensures that supplies are ordered and in stock, and ensures that all our special operations equipment is maintained and in good working order and ready to be deployed in any emergency situation.
