The Civil Divisions’ primary responsibility is serving the civil processes, including Magistrate Summonses, Evictions, Executions, Jury Summonses, and other documents of a non-criminal nature.
These deputies also assist when needed with the serving of and transportation of individuals with Involuntary Commitment needs.
